I'm getting stronger following my recovery from Covid.
The sun has been shining this week and my solar panels have been earning their keep.
I saw a kingfisher the other day.
West Ham are winning again.
I have arranged to meet an old mate for lunch on Saturday.

1) Got a new running buddy and am back at it after nearly two years off.
2) The immense satisfaction of having properly defrosted Mrs Moncs car for her
3) House purchase progressed on a bit
4) Son reached out for my help and advice on something.
5) Felt that sluggish shitty feeling that comes from two weeks of Christmas excess and stress leaving me on Tuesday.

3. Seeing two of my work colleagues when returned to work after holidays
